僕は英文は読めないですが、判る単語の並びから判断すると、自己紹介とメールでの友人への呼びかけが文面の内容のようです。URLも無いので「普通の文面」とスパムフィルターが判断したのでしょう。
添付JPEG画像ファイルも曝してみます。

（被写体が無断引用された可能性もあるので、目線を隠す処理を行いました）

金髪グラマー美女の写真でした。てっきりエロかドラッグの画像と想ってましたが．．．
．．．「From」の名前及びメールアドレスと、本文内の名前及びメールアドレスが一致していないから、スパムであることに変わりはありませんけどね。
